When are you seeing this error, does it show as soon as you open the app?

Can you also send us the info for your Android device.

That problem was solved by clearing cache memory and clearing data in the app. my device is a huawei mate 20

Which cloud storage provider are you using?



Can you check if you have enough space to upload those tracks?
