Extremely frustrated
Hi there,
Here's a guide for importing from iTunes:
https://support.mixo.dj/guide/itunes-to-mixo
Alternatively, you can export a fresh XML from iTunes and import that.
Also please make sure you are on the latest version of MIXO, v1.10.
If you're still having problems after doing all of the above please let me know where the error is occurring and what it says.
Thanks in advance!

My guess is the XML you're importing is out-dated.
To check the paths, right-click the track list header in MIXO and show the filePath column. Have a look at where the missing tracks are supposed to be and check your computer to see if they are actually there.
I see you are on a Mac so presumably you are using the Music app rather than iTunes. Have you tried manually exporting your library to XML from the menu in Music? After importing that it might fix the issues.
If not, let me know.
Good luck!

I'm trying to get my tracks and playlists from my old mac to my new mac. as you said, i exported my library to XML from the menu in Music. i've tried sending the XML with airdrop to my new mac, and then importing with MIXO, but to no avail. also, i've saved the XML to a usb, then tried it that way, but still didn't work.

The XML will contain filePaths to music in its original location. If you import the XML on another computer, the music won't be there. If you've moved the music to your new computer, the chances are the filePaths are slightly different. For example the computer name might be different.
If you look at the filePath column in MIXO you'll see where the tracks should be located.
You should import the XML to MIXO on your old computer, then upload/sync.
Once that's complete you can load MIXO on your new computer and download your tracks from the cloud so they're local.
Let me know if you need more information.
