I tried to import playlist from traktor pro 3 to mixo. But it stopped after few music. Not all playlist i selected were ok. It imported some music and then it shows that playlist are empty. As you can see most of part of playlist are empty. could you help me?

Tracks are well imported in mixo, but not it different playlist.

Hi Pernelle, thanks for your feedback. During Traktor import, all the tracks, folders and playlists are saved. Then during the analysis step the playlist tracks are added. If the track is not found during analysis, it is not added to the playlist.



Do you have many tracks missing?

i think all tracks are imported in Mixo, but not in playlist. As you can see playlist are nearly empty. but all tracks are in mixo.

I just wanted to offer a quick suggestion - you could select all your playlists and delete them, then re-import your Traktor NML file and it should import all the playlists and playlist tracks.

Give that a go and let me know the outcome.

Meanwhile, please check Music/MIXO/Logs and send over any failed or error logs you might have. That will really help.

i already did this. Reset mixo, reset local,.... I tried to import Just one playlist, after that few playlist. Nothing worked.

Now i just tried to re-import all playlist.

It's like Mixo could not analyse the tracks.

At the end i can find all my tracks in All tracks, but not in separeted playlist.

Could you send us over your NML file so we can take a look at how it's built as it may give us a clue as to why your playlists are empty.

Jon, can you look at this NML file and see why the users playlists are now importing with any tracks? All show as 0 as per screenshots below.

Could you give me an example of a playlist that is empty in MIXO but has tracks, and could you give me the following:

1. The name of the playlist

2. Names of all of the tracks in the playlist

It doesn't need to be a massive playlist but let's say at least 10 tracks.



Alternatively, please send a screenshot of a playlist in Traktor that is showing all of the tracks it should do.

Could you also try going into Traktor and right clicking on a playlist that imported incorrectly into MIXO and export it as an M3U playlist. Then try importing that into MIXO and let me know if it put all of your tracks into it.

Sorry i was busy. Ok I tried again. WHat happens.

I have to import playlist one by one and then I can export all in Rekordbox. Doesn't work all in same time.

Secondly i tried my track on Rekordbox, and CDj, I lost Cue point, loop from traktor. It worked fr few playlist.

Do you still need my playlist name, tracks,... I can import one by one from traktor. But how can i keep my cue point ?

No worries at all, thanks for getting back to me.

If you import playlists one by one via M3U files, then no cue data will be imported as these files don't contain that information. Only a Traktor NML import will do that.

If you could send me the info for a playlist that should have had all these tracks but appeared empty in MIXO that would help as I can compare with the NML file you sent through.

I gonna reset all my playlist and local. So i can import all in one time. Then I can show you what happens.

All tracks are imported as you can see in All tracks. You can see electro Afro is empty. It says i need to add tracks from main All tracks. Normally it's 71 tracks.

You guys are fake, having the same problem, and looked at some similar threads about this topic and your resposes are utter evasion. You are tricking everyone. no resolution to this, whith your answers you are just trying to make people give up after paying for your subs.
