Hi, looking forward to testing Mixo to move & regularly update collection from Traktor to Prime & Rekordbox. On trying to import a very small collection, all I get in Progress > Import is Parse : Preparing.

I've tried Traktor, Rekordbox & Prime imports (very small collections) and they all do this. What am I doing wrong?

It doesn't seem like you're doing anything wrong, but if you could give us some info on your system, that may help us determine the cause.

- Confirm you meet our minimum requirements:

- Check you're running our latest MIXO version:

To help us, could you also follow this guide to turn on logs

Then go to: Music > MIXO > Logs in your file explorer/finder - and send us the files there.



Once we have all this we can look to replicate the issues and get a report raised with our team.

Hi Jon,

Minimum specs easily met. Windows 10 PC, 64Gb RAM, plenty of hard drive, i7 processor.

Latest Mixo 0.21.0

I've choosen Desktop as Connect method.

Logs don't have an errors... attaching.

In that case, could you try just importing some tracks themselves? That will at least narrow it down.

If so, please could you attach your Rekordbox XML and Traktor NML files?
